Bottle / Poundland
Two separate shoots on one day for the same client, in London and then Birmingham. First up, shoot Poundland’s Managing Director outside the Bank of England holding an umbrella while it rains coins.
Next, photograph artist Ian Cook with the Christmas tree he has constructed using Poundland products.
Due to time constraints at the London location, the majority of work was achieved within Photoshop to create the illusion of raining coins. Poundland requested that the logo on the umbrella was larger, again achieved in Photoshop.
The studio shot was a mobile setup in The Studio, Central Birmingham. A white background and suitable lighting was constructed to get the clean white look.
