first:utility
A press brief from Bottle PR for their client, First:Utility for national press. First Utility supplies smart electricity meters that provide their customers with a remote display of electricity consumption, even converting to pounds and pence, or CO2 emissions. Photography of the couple with the smart meter was important for the client.
This was achieved using images experimenting with different depths of field. Images outside the house needed a relaxed ‘Sunday supplement’ feel. This was done last to allow a rapport to be built with the couple. These shots were used in the Independent on Sunday.
